Yemen Textile Programme Targets More Than 200 Productive Families

On 5 November, Yemen’s General Corporation for Spinning and Textile Industries signed an agreement with Sana’a’s Social Affairs and Labour Office to support more than 200 productive families and associations. Beneficiaries will receive yarn and manufacturing inputs according to their needs, helping create income-generating work for women, young people and vulnerable groups. No programme budget or individual grant amount was announced. HPC can support workforce-development research, vocational training strategies, recruitment planning and HR assessments.
