Daewoo E&C Advances $682 Million Fertilizer Plant in Turkmenabat

Construction is underway on a mineral fertilizer complex in Turkmenabat under a $682 million turnkey EPC contract awarded to Daewoo Engineering & Construction by Turkmenhimiya. The facility is designed to produce 350,000 tonnes of single superphosphate and 100,000 tonnes of ammonium sulphate annually, with completion scheduled for October 2028.
