UK Government Awards Four-Year Mpox and Smallpox Vaccine Contract

On 2 November 2026, Bavarian Nordic announced a four-year contract with the UK government to supply vaccines against mpox and smallpox. The contract value and number of doses were not disclosed. The agreement creates opportunities for pharmaceutical suppliers, medical logistics providers and healthcare contractors.
