Freedom Holding Advances US$2 Billion Sovereign AI Hub in Kazakhstan

On 26 October, Freedom Holding announced plans for a US$2 billion Sovereign AI Hub in Kazakhstan, with a proposed site designed to provide 100 MW of power capacity. The company also plans to launch a public GPU cloud in 2027, while its separate bond agreement of up to US$1.16 billion will support AI infrastructure, data centres and telecommunications projects.
